2Ballonnen is a cozy after-school care center (BSO), centrally located in Monster and near all schools. We offer children a fun and challenging leisure activity after school. We work closely with De Blinkerd primary school, Willemschool and De Zeester.

Lots of play options
We have a wide range of development-oriented play materials. For example, children can draw, read, play a game together, build tents or play outside. Outside we have a football and basketball field and beautiful play equipment. The football table is popular indoors!
Sustainable outdoor space
Our beautiful garden was central to the Union of Water Boards' campaign as an example for sustainable outdoor spaces in childcare and education. Water-friendly gardens are not only fun for children, but also ensure that rainwater can enter the ground.
Special workshops and holiday program

15:00 PM – Pick upSchool is out. We pick up the youngest children from class and the older children come to us independently on the square. Are we complete? Then we go to the out-of-school care!

15:15 PM – SnackWe start together with a snack. Fresh fruit, vegetables, crackers or bread and something to drink. We chat with each other and discuss what we are going to do this afternoon.

15:30 PM – Chill or play!Bso is free time. Children decide for themselves what they want to do, alone or with each other. Chilling with a book, playing outside, doing crafts, baking... We connect with what interests the children.

15:45 PM – ActivityA KICKS activity is planned today. Of course, children help decide: spraying graffiti, building Lego, climbing trees, theater lessons... plenty of challenges and experiences!

17:00 PM – End of dayWhen picking up, we like to make time to talk to parents about the afternoon. If children are allowed to go home themselves, we would also like to stay in touch. We look forward to next time.
