About after-school care 2Piraten
The children of 2Piraten have a beautiful new group room in the building at the Duinoordschool in the Statenkwartier. The youngest children (4 to 6 years old) have their own place with lots of light and durable materials. Older children (7 to 12 years) can also stay in a completely renovated group room with all the trimmings. We work closely with other 2Samen locations in the district. Together we ensure that every child can discover at their own pace.

BSO activities
In after-school care, free time is your own time. The children can participate in activities or play freely. Each group has challenging materials, toys and games. Children can choose activities throughout the center at fixed times, so everyone can do what they like.
Explore outside
The children can enjoy the spacious outdoor playground with various play equipment and play materials. The playground has natural elements where children can play, learn and discover.
Preschool care and extended opening

After School care 2Piraten has four BSO groups: for 4 to 6 year olds, a group of 6 to 7 years old and a group for 7+ years. In addition, there are two groups at the daycare center and two toddler groups.

07.30:XNUMX am – Before-school careIf parents have to work early, we take care of the children before school. Wake up or play quietly and then go to school together. We bring the youngest children into the classroom.

15:00 PM – Pick upSchool is out. We pick up the youngest children from class and the older children come to us independently on the square. Are we complete? Then we go to the out-of-school care!

15:15 PM – SnackWe start together with a snack. Fresh fruit, vegetables, crackers or bread and something to drink. We chat with each other and discuss what we are going to do this afternoon.

15:30 PM – Chill or play!Bso is free time. Children decide for themselves what they want to do, alone or with each other. Chilling with a book, playing outside, doing crafts, baking... We connect with what interests the children.

15:45 PM – ActivityA KICKS activity is planned today. Of course, children help decide: spraying graffiti, building Lego, climbing trees, theater lessons... plenty of challenges and experiences!

From 17:00 PM – End of dayWhen picking up, we like to make time to talk to parents about the afternoon. If children are allowed to go home themselves, we would also like to stay in touch. We look forward to next time.

At locations with a waiting list, we are dependent on cancellations or changes in planning. In addition, your desired start date, the number of days you want to take, your preferred days and any priority criterion play a role; for example, brothers and sisters have priority at 2Samen.
